Ensure the modular units are securely placed in their original protective packaging to prevent any structural damage or surface scratches during transit.
Schedule Pickup
Once approved, our specialized white-glove logistics partners will coordinate a convenient time to collect the furniture directly from your residence or office.
Quality Inspection & Refund
After our technicians verify the components' integrity at our facility, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
